The UFF Judges acknowledge that live exhibition battles do not necessarily reflect the most accurate outcome of a battle, given the time constraints, the intricate complexity of story development, arguments, and assets, the need for quick/impromptu decision-making for debater’s and judges, among other circumstances. Furthermore, in live exhibition battles points for Combat Threads and Intel Threads are not calculated. Instead, the debater’s either reach a mutual conclusion or force the Judge to determine the outcome of contested event(s) on what Would happen in order to progress the story forward and maintain the flow of battle. Therefore, conclusions drawn in live exhibition battles heavily rely upon what both debaters agree upon (Assumption Criterion 2) and the Judge’s decree.

PREGAME BATTLE NOTES
'Twas the night before UFF and all through the base

He snuck with a sack to the storage, its true
And snatched up the serum right out of the blue.
Not just the serum for that wouldn't do
The Grinch took the equipment to administer the brew
He left the room silent, he left the room bare
And exited the base without a care
His destination, he remembered, his teammates to fly
For Hiccup the dragon rider was such a small fry
He thought with delight of the rage and the fright
That the Betabusters would feel once awaking from night.

(Psycho Pirate has the primary ability to manipulate the emotions of others through eye contact/seeing his face. A few quick notes about his power(s)
He can use his powers with or without his mask; though he'll use the mask to recharge his power if he's gone without wearing it for too long.
The effects of his power seems to linger for quite a long duration of time, placing those under his control indefinitely until he decides otherwise, or if the individual has some sort of resistance.
Those under the effect of his power seem to follow commands such as defending him, fighting their allies, robbing banks, or, even killing themselves/their friends.
(Evidence suggests as a unit that Betabusters has better synergy)
