TURN 1. Judgement Bolts
In the universe that Rene comes from, the only individuals to have more than one power are those whose only native power is to steal or borrow the powers of others. All others have multiple aspects of one power (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Heroes_characters#Character_profiles). Since Rene's powers of memory manipulation and the ability to knock unconscious are psychic based powers, his ability blocking must also be psychic based (https://heroeswiki.com/Ren%C3%A9#Evolved_Human_Abilities). If his concentration is shattered such as when Matt fires a gun beside his ear (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vw5v6npS3sM @ 1:30) his passive ability to block powers is temporarily shut down allowing Matt's telepathy through to plant a command in the Haitian's mind (https://heroeswiki.com/Matt_Parkman/Heroes_Reborn Send in the Clones). In addition to that, a strong evolved human can break through the Haitian's resistance while exhausting the Haitian in a short time period (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vSIBwZ9hCfE ability blocked at 0:33, 0:40 Arthur begins to resist, 1:26 Haitian falls to his hands and knees and Arthur can use his powers). In addition to that if the Haitian loses consciousness, his power suppression abilities are disabled until he wakes up (https://heroeswiki.com/Ren%C3%A9/Season_Three One of Us, One of Them where Ando knocks the Haitian unconscious and Daphne's previously blocked super speed is available).
Professor Xavier is a very powerful psychic. When the need has arisen he has accomplished some impressive psychic feats. Xavier has broken through the mental static generated by Exodus (http://imgur.com/a/gch0Z). Exodus is considered the strongest psychic in marvel by this page (http://www.cbr.com/head-cases-marvels-15-most-powerful-psychic-x-men/). Later when Xavier was fighting a psychic dual with Exodus (http://imgur.com/a/XXWSR) Emma Frost was able to feel it thousands of miles away (http://i.imgur.com/Rt5qk6t.jpg). In addition to that, Xavier has been able to take down Rachel Summers aka marvel girl (#7 on the previous list) in a psychic duel (http://imgur.com/a/f98dx). He was able to read the minds and emotions of everyone on earth simultaneously from the age of 13 (http://imgur.com/a/TZ2U4) and though at that age he couldn't keep up with all those minds, later in life he was able to determine the moral character and activities of all earth's inhabitants when necessary (http://imgur.com/a/TZ2U4). The marvel wiki page (http://marvel.wikia.com/wiki/Charles_Xavier_(Earth-616) abilities and powers section - henceforth reference 1) places his base mental range at 250 miles as opposed to the whole planet.
Xavier would immediately reach out with his mind to try and determine if his opponents are hostile (http://imgur.com/a/TZ2U4). Since the battle is starting within melee range, the Haitian's passive ability will immediately begin to try to suppress Xavier's telepathy. Encountering static, he will try to push through it to understand the danger that he and his team face. The Haitian has never had to suppress a psychic of Xavier's power level. In addition to being far stronger than Arthur's powers which the Haitian proved to have problems with, Xavier has experience fighting psychic battles with others of equal or far greater power than his own. The strongest psychic the Haitian has faced is Matt whose range, control, and power are all dwarfed by Xavier. Xavier can create psionic shields not only for himself but also within the minds of others (reference 1). This would allow him to guard the minds of his whole team from the Haitian's interference. He can also create persistent mental links with his team mates (reference 1) which will allow Xavier to coordinate information sharing and threat assessments.
Aside from Xavier's actions, at the start of the battle, Samurai Jack will look at his opponents and see Nocturne. Samurai Jack is used to fighting Aku, the shape shifting master of darkness (http://samuraijack.wikia.com/wiki/Aku) and seeing the dark and inhuman shape of Nocturne in addition to Nocturne's blades will cause Samurai Jack to focus on Nocturne. Jack is a master swordsman with peak human agility and technique from his many years of training as a child in Japan's past (http://samuraijack.wikia.com/wiki/Samurai_Jack_(character) skills and abilities). He has also learned from his many fights in the future, where Aku sent him, gaining experience against guns, aliens, and robots as well as jumping dozens of feet into the air after intense training (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uGW1m6DZYKA). His sword which was forged from his father's soul by the gods of his reality (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PVYsbP4CB6M 1:30 - 3:30) is capable of harming Aku though standard weapons are not (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QKaxB-H1Ngw 1:00-1:30). Nocturne is a living nightmare whose only goal is to kill (http://universe.leagueoflegends.com/en_US/story/champion/nocturne) therefore Samurai Jack's blade will be capable of blocking Norturne's umbra blades and damaging his body. Samurai Jack has fought monsters, armies, and Aku himself (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BjBpgQ6Sdmk). Samurai Jack is also highly skilled in unarmed combat and with other weapons, especially the staff (see previous reference).
Nocturne has minimal lore outside of the game. His only lore is that he kills people in their sleep while they are most vulnerable and that he kills everyone he comes in contact with when he enters the real world until he is restrained (http://universe.leagueoflegends.com/en_US/story/champion/nocturne). Rene typically has strong morals and rarely kills. The Men in Black agents work to protect the average citizens from alien menaces and generally leave aliens alone when they are not disrupting society. Ant man is usually a hero, but his mental illness has caused friction with other heroes from time to time (http://www.avclub.com/article/ant-man-little-hero-big-baggage-222238 A Tale of Two Ant-Men). Why would the other agents consider Nocturne an ally? Why would Nocturne not turn on his teammates at the beginning of the battle? In the game, Nocturne only supports the team because of summoners overriding his will. There are no summoners in the UFF.
Night Crawler's teleportation gives him a great combat advantage such as when he took out the white house guards in the beginning of X-2 (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6z9d7Fdi_88).
Luffy can fight on par with an opponent that that can move faster than the eye can see (http://www.onepieceofficial.com/videos.aspx?&v=8622 19:50-22:10) even without using his second or third gears.
Nocturne is a pure murderer but your other team members have no real reason to fight with my team nor does my team have a reason to fight your heroes. The choice is yours if we shall unite to restrain the terror of Nocturne. Choose wisely while my agents are willing to cooperate.
TURN 2. Unseen Killers
Ok, you have a few assumptions and one lie. First off I'm going to explain why my team is fine with Nocturne and why he is fine with them. My entire team has killed and is fine with killing if that is the best result. On top of that everyone on my team has worked with "bad guys," Rene throughout the show has worked with/for countless villains from members of the company to even Sylar for a bit https://heroeswiki.com/Episode:Angels_and_Monsters (even though that was set up by Noah to kill Sylar). After Ant Man leaves the Avengers he moves to Miami to be closer to his daughter Cassie while down there he starts a company called "Ant Man Security Solutions" http://marvel.wikia.com/wiki/Ant-Man_Security_Solutions_(Earth-616) where he employs two super villains. The MIB often get info they need from a shady underworld dealer named Jack Jeebs http://meninblack.wikia.com/wiki/Jeebs on top of that they worked for and even trained under Alpha an evil alien http://villains.wikia.com/wiki/Alpha_(Men_In_Black).
You asked "Why would Nocturne not turn on his team?" and followed it up with the lie that there is no summoners in the UFF. To prove that Nocturne won't only not attack my team but is "under control" I look to the lore. Not Nocturnes but the lore of the League of legends more so the lore of summoners. http://gameinfo.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/game-info/summoners/ As it states "Players in the League of Legends are known as summoners." Players from our earth ARE Summoners http://www.lolking.net/summoner/na/232621/Aaridin this is my lolking page looking at my summoner. You said there are no summoners the UFF but when the worlds mixed our earth IS included since I too would maintain my background and since I made the team and since I AM a summoner I can "link/chain" Nocturne and even though I don't have complete manipulation of him the laws set by the summoners still apply to him.
Next, how does Professor X know it's Rene blocking his powers? He hasn't met anyone on my team (aside from Scott) and since he can't read mind because of Rene how does he know it's not Nocturne causing it or perhaps one off the MIB? In saying that Rene is one of the most powerful evolved humans in that his power trumps every other persons in the world, the only person who resisted his effect was Arthur (as you stated) but even still he was effected by it for 46 seconds. Given that Professor X is an incredibly powerful psychic i have no doubt he would be able to resist but for how long would he have to fight in your own link http://imgur.com/a/gch0Z Prof X has to spend time as well as a good deal of energy to break through Exodus' mental static. Since Prof X is stronger than Arthur I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and say he could "break through" Rene in half the time so 24 sec.
You say Samurai Jack just attacks Nocturne because he looks like a demon, but then why doesn't he attack Night Crawler? Given the logic you gave he would. but that's beside the point.
I ask how you can say Nocturne is evil when you bring the one of the strongest evils to the match, and that's Professor X himself, or should I say Onslaught https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Onslaught_(comics). Prof X knew that even he wasn't safe from corruption and included ways to defeat himself in his own doomsday plans The Xavier Protocols http://marvel.wikia.com/wiki/Xavier_Protocols.
Ant man knowing of Onslaught through his time as an Avenger would agree the best way to keep everyone safe is to eliminate the chance of Onslaught. At the start of the fight while Prof X's powers are negated and Samurai jack start making his way toward Nocturne Agent Kay sets up the field Generator https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Men_in_Black_equipment and steps in to meet Jack in physical combat Kay now having the physical attributes of Jack he holds him off while Nocturne activates Paranoia http://gameinfo.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/game-info/champions/nocturne/ as he does Ant man jumps on his back as Nocturne dashes to his target, Professor X. In transit Ant man shrinks Nocturne and himself http://marvel.wikia.com/wiki/Pym_Particles since pym particles can reduce the size but allows the person effected to maintain their normal size strength Ant man has turned Nocturne into a not dodge-able unstoppable bullet since while in transit under the effect of paranoia Nocturne is Immune to all "controlling" effects. Ant man jumps off Nocturne toward Luffy just before Nocturne makes contact with Prof X. I'm not going to go into the gory details but can imagine what happens to poor Charles when while in his weakened state trying to resist the Haitian is met with a living knife bullet, Charles Xavier has been killed. Your team has lost complete sight of Jack who is in a stale mate fight with agent Kay and since the other two have no powers (since Professor X couldn't shield their minds because he couldn't use his powers) they are basically two skinny guys with not much going for them. As the Paranoia wears off Agent Jay starts firing at Night crawler with his Icer (see above link) freezing him in place, Ant Man grabs Luffy and grows not to normal size but giant, The bridge starts to strain under the weight as ant man picks up Rene holding both Rene and Luffy he jumps off the side of the bridge and continues to grow until he is about 800 feet tall. This allows him to stand in the straight as well as keep his shoulders above the bridge https://www.google.ca/webhp?sourceid=chrome-instant&ion=1&espv=2&ie=UTF-8#q=the+golden+gate+strait+depth , https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Golden_Gate_Bridge.
Rene tells Luffy he knows about his weakness to water (his info was what i stole using the MIB) and if he doesn't surrender now his fate will be the same as Charles.
I however will offer you this. Forfeit now and I will let you keep Professor X alive.I was going to go light on you but because you came at me with such force and made claims that were wrong I changed my mind. Now take my offer and spare yourself the embarrassment of a death. Respond to this thread and I won't be so kind.
TURN 3. Judgement Bolts
Firstly, I would like to congratulate you, your skill as a debater is improving.
You have shown how all your characters are willing to work with a heartless killer and therefore chosen to fight and whether Xavier breaks through the static to read your agent morals or any of my team members detect your aggressive movements, the fight is on.
Summoners have officially been removed from the Runeterra lore by Riot Games (http://na.leagueoflegends.com/en/creative-spotlight/dev-blog-exploring-runeterra A Bit Of Backstory section). Since the UFF is not a league of legends game, Nocturne's personality uses more of the Runeterra lore which I have already demonstrated. Even in the game, Nocturne quotes "Do I scare you Summoner?" and "Are you getting tired yet?" (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cbl1f4nhxYg 0:39-0:47) show that even under direct control Nocturne wishes he could attack the player. Summoners use magic not computers to link (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9fmH5jp04MY 0:20-0:27). In the previous video 0:45-0:48 shows a linked summoner physically reacting when the character took damage thus to link to Nocturne would violate assumption criteria #6 of the UFF. Please show me how a summoner alters a champion's will or personality without linking to them. I did warn you in my previous post...
Xavier doesn't need to know the source of the static: he senses it as soon as he tries to read the minds of your entire team at once. Rene must resist his efforts or forfeit blocking his powers. Often multi-power heroes or Hiro the time stopper are considered stronger than Rene (http://www.thetoptens.com/powerful-characters-heroes/). Arthur proved his power is not absolute. Rene must touch someone to knock them unconscious but Xavier can do it from a distance (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jzYLX9QjD8c 1:08-1:10). Emma Frost mentioned that in his battle with Exodus Xavier was putting out enough energy to fry any normal mind within a hundred yards. Not only does Xavier dwarf Arthur but Xavier's power is psychic meaning he can directly attack psychic barriers instead of Arthur simply trying to flail with his powers. It would not take Xavier 24 seconds to break through Rene's barrier. On top of that, Nocturne will try to kill everyone including your team thus he will also use paranoia on your team or even attack the weakened Rene directly which will likewise hamper Rene's power suppression whether he endures paranoia or blocks Nocturne's powers.
My team waits for the signal to fight or ally thus "...will cause Samurai Jack to focus on Nocturne..." means that Samurai Jack will pay close attention to and prepare to intercept Nocturne. Assumption criteria #2 indicates that the agents go in expecting a fight so my team will be ready but not aggressive. Aku doesn't look like a typical demon and usually doesn't have a human shape (http://vignette1.wikia.nocookie.net/samuraijack/images/f/f0/AKU.png/revision/latest/scale-to-width-down/217?cb=20120407122913). Jack will not assume Nocturne IS Aku but he will be wary of him. Jack can learn Night Crawler's personality before the battle (sharing intel) and therefore consider him an ally, Jack does not follow appearances only (http://samuraijack.wikia.com/wiki/Lava_Monster).
Onslaught doesn't alter Xavier until he takes over. After Onslaught leaves Xavier he doesn't return again so he is only carried for part of the plot. It is not the spark of a psychic battle but gradual frustration that causes Onslaught to first awaken (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Onslaught_(comics)#First_appearance). Nightcrawler has fought beside Xavier many times and having a plan to defeat yourself if needed makes others more willing to fight by your side. Samurai Jack fought along side Ikra who was secretly Aku in disguise (http://samuraijack.wikia.com/wiki/Ikra). Luffy cares most about protecting his friends and how a person treats and thinks of their friends and Xavier seeks freedom for mutants who are oppressed via peaceful means when available. If Onslaught is still in Xavier, he can slumber on. Ant man would know of Onslaught only after he was released meaning that Ant Man would know that Xavier no longer contains him.
Samurai Jack doesn't charge forward but in the case where Samurai Jack faces off against Kay in the field generator only Jack's physical traits are copied. Jack's sword would not be copied nor would his techniques which is largely where Jack excels (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zk0pSjggW20 14:03-18:53 Sorry for the audio). Matching his speed and strength does not allow you to stalemate Jack who regularly defeats those stronger than him (like the Scotsman).
Almost my whole first post addresses Nocturne attacking a de-powered Xavier. Not only have I demonstrated that Rene cannot hold back Xavier but also that Nocturne will try to kill everyone and will not listen to teammates plans unless forced to do so against his will. Jack is preparing to intercept Nocturne from the beginning of the fight and is only locked into the field generator if most of my team is in it as well. In the scant lore of Nocturne: "The darkness is closing in... it's pitch black now... but I can still see him..." (http://universe.leagueoflegends.com/en_US/champion/nocturne) so Jack could detect him. The one down side to making Nocturne tiny is that his strength is not increased but the surface area that Samurai Jack's sword affects thus damage dealt is increased. Nocturne immune to CC doesn't mean immune to damage (see attached image). Samurai Jack has intercepted bullets with his sword (http://static.comicvine.com/uploads/original/12/120267/4964747-2404881771-ckTMQ.jpg).
A new devil fruit is grown only when the previous user dies (http://www.mangareader.net/one-piece/703/5) thus it may be magical thus not susceptible to Rene. Even if Luffy were to lose his devil fruit ability he is still strong (http://www.mangareader.net/one-piece/232/17 and 18 where he predicts a high speed enemy and one shots him without stretching), and he has fought against someone who can nullify his powers (http://www.mangareader.net/one-piece/544/7 - 8). Henry Pym couldn't grow much past 100 feet and weakened past 12 feet (http://marvel.wikia.com/wiki/Henry_Pym_(Earth-616) Becoming a Giant). Growing is not listed in Scott Lang's powers (http://marvel.wikia.com/wiki/Scott_Lang_(Earth-616) powers and abilities). Luffy has defeated zombie giants with his third gear attacks (http://www.mangareader.net/one-piece/480/17). Additionally, Luffy has counter-attacked from disadvantageous situations to be rescued later (http://www.mangareader.net/one-piece/66/6).
Without teleporting Nightcrawler can dodge bullets (http://static4.comicvine.com/uploads/original/11114/111147613/4151733-28.gif "not a mutant ability, just lots of hard work"). With his powers he could easily drop agents Jay, Kay, or both into the water to distract them.
I am sorry to come out swinging however your Nocturne-Rene combo forced me to go all out from the gate. When I bought him I wasn't intending Xavier to be such a battering ram but I did pay his full updated price to obtain him. Just a warning, Xavier is harder to fully put down than you think.
To Blue Falcon's watching my battle you may note that although I exceeded 7000 characters, there are no arguments either offensive or defensive after the 7000 limit.
TURN 4. Unseen Killers
I said to you, forfeit or I would not hold back. While it is true that LoL is going through a lore re-write Nocturne has still yet to be re-conned thus based on assumption rule #7 we have to take ALL the lore tied to him at that time including the "linking" to summoners. While I would not have direct control over him I can summon him as stated before. Second to this you proved that Nocturne would go after Prof X, in his lore (which has been linked enough by now) it states he goes after those in their most vulnerable state. Having seen my team in action before he knows they are in strong states where you have an elderly man in a wheel chair. That would be the most vulnerable person on the field in Nocturne's eyes.
A big part of you argument is that Prof X would be completely immune to the Haitian or rather that he could bust through Rene's power in a second but you have 0 prof of that. I gave you the benefit of the doubt saying he could do it in half the time that Arthur did. In the show only 1 person has resisted his powers. As for the statement that Prof X is so powerful that when breaking through Exile's static he would erase the minds of normal humans within 100 yard I direct your attention to a young Rene https://web.archive.org/web/20080923182436/http://www.nbc.com/Heroes/novels/downloads/Heroes_novel_036.pdf In the comic Rene is attacked by his father after his powers are negated and Rene erases everything from his entire village leaving nothing but "Empty shells," this shows Rene doing a feat on par with Prof X in the example you gave except he actually did it not just someone saying yeah this might happen with no prof of it. 24 seconds is fair. Rene is the most powerful hero, that top 10 list is a fan based one and Rene has successfully negated everyone's power above him on that list. As for Luffy in my last thread it was agreed upon that Rene would negate the powers of Black Panther a hero who got his abilities from fruit since Luffy got his from fruit as well he too is negated by Rene.
It would be almost impossible for Jack to attack Nocturne with Kay tackling and shoving him. The clip you showed of Jack facing the Scotsman didn't often show him using techniques (except for the stone throw) but feats of strength since Kay is equal to him in strength and is super stubborn as seen countless times throughout the movies and shows (here is one time) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4HgUh5bOgbM I also chose that clip because it has Frank saying that Kay is the best MIB agent ever, through his training and intellect he would easily be able to as i said stalemate Jack. As a side note Jacks sword is useless against Kay http://samuraijack.wikia.com/wiki/Jack's_sword as it says his sword can only harm robots and evil being, Kay is not evil so just like when Aku tried to use the sword on jack it would have no effect.
Now on to the Ant Man/ Luffy section or as I like to call the the part where i win the match. First off you said Scott Lang can't grow (other than in civil war movie where he does https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O4lOuwAkMs8) I have prof from the comics http://static.comicvine.com/uploads/scale_super/11111/111115588/3862941-ff+%23+4+ffx2+vs+ff+3.jpg Scott becomes a member of The fantastic four for a while in this comic they imprison The wizard and a few other villains Scott grows almost the size of the building to keep them imprisoned. you also said that Hank Pym has difficulty growing past 100 feet http://static.comicvine.com/uploads/original/13/131166/2689162-scan1.png this shows that he can grow so large he enters other dimensions. You also said that Shrinking Nocturne doesn't increase his strength but it increases his relative strength, just like Ant man has the strength of a normal human https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eGO_vQu8Ygs while small Nocturne also gains these traits since I have proven that nothing can stop him from getting to Prof X and that he has immense strength for something his size he will, can, and does make quick work of Prof X. Again he is dead.
Nightcrawler is an acrobat and through training can dodge bullets but for how long? I've got my ace up my sleeve I've still yet to use. While in the hand of Ant Man Rene pulls out a Pokeball from it emerges a second Nocturne (it's zoroark disguised as Nocturne https://youtu.be/ErvZ5rc7eZ8?t=39s here is prof Zoroark can become non pokemon) how fast would you say Nightcrwaler is without his powers? Quick? sure. Faster than Black panther? unlikely. I proved in my last thread that Zoroark is faster than both Pikachu and Black Panther so he should be able to meet the speed of a powerless Night crawler. To help support this he starts off using Agility http://www.serebii.net/attackdex-sm/agility.shtml since Agility raises his speed two stages he double's his speed http://www.serebii.net/games/stats.shtml. With his now incredible speed Zoroark helps Agent Jay with Nightcrawler by attacking him with Night Daze http://www.serebii.net/attackdex-sm/nightdaze.shtml in the attempts to lower his ability to see and thus dodge icer shots one will eventually lad as nightcrawler tires from having two targets attacking him.
You claimed that Luffy has beaten Giants before which is true but he also had the use of both his powers as well as his crew to help him, he is alone. Prof X is dead, Jack is being shoved and grappled by Kay, Nightcrawler is constantly having to dodge attacks (even if he manages to constantly dodge he can't do anything else but dodge.) While being grabbed by Ant man and Rene being nearby Luffy is unable to move and is completely powerless Rene says "I warned you, but you refused to listen" he turns to Ant man and says "Lower him" Ant Man lowers him into the golden gate straight and when he is entirely submerged Rene stops negating Luffys power.
How is someone going to save him? Nightcrawler can't BAMF and unless Jack completely abandons his obsession with trying to get Nocturne Luffy is going to drown.
I didn't want to kill two of your team because they are very expensive but you forced my hand. I have proven without a doubt that my team has matched everything you claimed including that Rene is more powerful than you gave him credit for. I have proven in both my posts that Charles will die. Even if Nocturne doesn't want to work with others I have proven that he would still kill Charles over anyone else. And so I say one last time Surrender and spare your team. You have a strong team and will beat everyone else, just not me. If you keep this up Charles will 100% be dead.
Please be smart.
TURN 5. Judgement Bolts
Your debating has been solid and your team selection had me at a disadvantage from the beginning. Even before the battle began - as soon as I learned you had the golden gate bridge map at melee range - I knew that this battle would be won or lost in the first few seconds of UFF combat.
I demonstrated in the first post that Rene's power suppression can be temporarily disabled by an unexpected massive distraction. In the second post I presented 4 reasons why Nocturne would consider your entire team an enemy. You only attempted to counter one of the four points saying that Nocturnes lore hasn't been rebuilt yet. It has been altered already - here is the old Nocturne Lore including the summoners (http://gameinfo.euw.leagueoflegends.com/en/game-info/champions/nocturne/).
Nocturne would consider your whole team as enemies. You did point out that Xavier would still be the first target and unless Xavier can cause Rene physical symptoms within a fraction of a second (which he might or might not be able to do) that target selection will stand. When Nocturne uses Paranoia to charge Xavier, all his enemies will be affected including your whole team and Rene. I also mentioned in the first post that Matt - a psychic - was able to easily affect Rene while his power suppression was disabled. Rene enters the fight without resisting Nocturne because you proved he considers him an ally and the combination of the power of Xavier's resistance but mostly paranoia affecting him could distract him enough to temporarily disable his resistance.
Paranoia affects everyone and as I said in the second post, Xavier realizes that his allies need a mental shield while the suppression is down. Xavier's barriers allow my team to recover before paranoia expires while Rene and the rest of your team are still under the effects giving my team an edge.
Jack was already preparing to move and only needs to cover at most a few meters while Nocturne approaches. Kay needs to cover the full 50 meters (map range). Nocturne is much faster during paranoia as you have previously posted so Samurai Jack and Nocturne meet before Kay, who is still under the affect of paranoia, arrives.
After Xavier sets up the psychic barriers in his allies minds he will begin to spend any remaining time he has trying to assist Jack in stopping the charging Nocturne such as by stopping Nocturne's perception of time (reference 1). Jack will have bought Xavier a bit more time by intercepting Nocturne. When intercepting Nocturne, at the time of impact the energy going to the sword handle and Jack's hands are the same when Nocturne shrinks. The sword can withstand the impact because blades usually hit a small area and Jack's sword is capable of cutting adamantium (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3NA8tKrILCs 12:20-12:28, 14:03-14:06). Such a sword can withstand the force of Nocturne on a smaller area without breaking. In LoL game play, every blow does damage, in cannon animated movies of a LoL game from the character's perspective, many blows are blocked or dodged (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vzHrjOMfHPY 2:48-3:14) (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tEnsqpThaFg, 1:59-2:28) (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IzMnCv_lPxI 1:27-1:48). Thus HP in game includes character exhaustion or probability to make a mistake - one good blow could be enough to disable an agile champion which might include Nocturne.
If Nocturne breaks through Jack immediately without killing himself on Jack's sword Xavier can as a last ditch effort cause his mind and powers to jump to another body as he did in X-3 (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n-yR1eMOlaU he dies, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZSkn3KYwmtc he has jumped to a new body). His mind can if necessary exist in the recesses of the mind of another (http://marvel.wikia.com/wiki/Charles_Xavier_(Earth-616) Shadows of a Luminary section).
I did rapid fire Xavier evidence thus it is understandable but the mental struggle Emma detected was Exodus in direct psychic combat with Xavier as an independent confrontation from breaking through the static - you can see Magneto and the Omega Sentenal collapsed in the final frames of the Emma's link and match them to the direct Exodus confrontation link. Aside from that misunderstanding, the claim that Rene's feat in "It Takes A Villiage Part 2" of Rene blanking the minds of the villagers through a direct application of his powers "... like machettes... slashing carelessly through the soft everything around them" matches Xavier's is false. Xavier's feat is crippling minds as a byproduct while the vast majority of his and Exodus' power is directed at each other.
You are right that my Jack evidence vs Kay could be better. Actually my evidence in fighting Aku in the first post is better - he fights bare handed and wins effectively. Also (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ahz1pBZcy60 0:23-end). His sword can still destroy any MiB equipment that Kay tries to use. You only claimed to stalemate him though and you could hold him for a little, but most of the Nocturne vs Jack fight would likely be over before Kay could arrive. Especially since Nightcrawler with powers active through a distracted Rene and behind the psychic barrier would be teleporting him off the bridge and he is going to be swimming to shore.
Luffy's powers are still active for 2 reasons - Xavier's barriers and that you have not proved Rene can block devil fruit. FAQ #13 means that an accepted truth in one battle need not be truth in another if it is contested in a new way. Luffy is rubber including in his sleep (http://www.mangareader.net/one-piece/26/12 he falls asleep and falls apparently to his death, 14 he is sleeping peacefully) unless under the effect of the sea, the darkness fruit, or if armament haki bypasses his devil fruit powers at the point of contact.
When Ant Man grabs Luffy, Luffy's powers are still active. In addition to that, if Ant Man starts small when he grabs Luffy he would not be able to reach all around him at that size and thus he either grows at a rate that Luffy can counter before he gains strength in giant form or he instantly changes size and he is only touching Luffy, not grabbing him allowing Luffy to evade his grasp before he can close it. Luffy's counterattack only needs to break his grip once and Luffy can avoid being captured again. He dodges attacks from Blueno who can move faster than the eye can see (http://www.onepieceofficial.com/videos.aspx?&v=8622 19:50-22:10). Even with the bridge collapsing, with his stretching he can grab an unbroken part and pull himself away (http://www.mangareader.net/one-piece/18/11).
It will not take long for Nightcrawler to drop the MiB agents in the water and he can then move on to assist others. With his teleportation he can avoid Zoroark or teleport him somewhere Zoroark can't gain traction once again leaving him free to assist others.
You are correct to say that my agents have a harder time against your team than others. May we both have luck against our future competition.
TURN 6. Unseen Killers
waiting to the last minute cute. All I have to say is if the Haitian is affected by Paranoia his powers still work as it's shown many times throught the show his powers work without sight and around walls (no time for links but they are there.) Charles is still negated and dead.
