Camaraderie aside – let’s get down to business. As of recent, there has been a steady yet intense push to bring back the Ultimate Fantasy Fighting league for another round. If you are receiving this invitation then you are officially welcome to compete in the fifth season of UFF (2016-17). As the Commissioner of the previous seasons, I too felt compelled to resurrect the days of glory. With some restructuring to the rules of play and a dedicated website, this season will be faster, stronger, and smarter than it was before, “…[I]t will not only be better, it will be way more fun!” – Newsweek Magazine All competitors in the league will be a part of a Live Draft event where each person(s) will hand select characters to build a dependable team. Teams will face-off throughout the season in a clash of argumentation. Like a court of law, Judges are simply blank slates and all arguments posed are subject to their scrutiny and judgment. Therefore you must attempt to control the probability of the outcome by convincing the Judges why you should-could-would defeat the opponent by dismantling, disproving, debunking and disarming the opponent’s arguments, strategy, and logic while reinforcing your own offensive and defensive actions. In short, the best arguments win. Are You Game? |
